Chef Tywan Short started his culinary journey at Job Corps and Atlanta Technical Institute, where he was hand-selected to become an apprentice at the 755 Club at Turner Field. He was soon feeding up to 1000 people on busy Braves gamedays. Soon it was off to the Georgia Dome, preparing meals at the Owner’s Club.
